Scott Zemnick is a Principal and the General Counsel of Victory Park.
Previously, he was a Partner in the Restructuring Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused his practice on representing large domestic and international debtors, lenders, and strategic and financial investors in complex chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, distressed asset sales and acquisitions, and other insolvency matters. Mr. Zemnick received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. He received a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he graduated with High Honors and was selected to the Order of the Coif.
